Credit, Background check , Rental History verification, employment
 verification, Income
The following must be completed before application can be process:
  ● All adults 18+ must fill out a separate application
  ● Required income 3 times the monthly Rent (Eg: Rent is $2000, income required $6,000 per month)
  ● We check rental history from previous owners or property managers
  ● We check the credit and payment history
  ● If property is vacant, Quick move is required.
  ● If you have time to move you may consider our other properties.
  ● No pets policy (depending on owner pets under 20lbs may qualify with a non-refundable pet fee of $400.00)

Application is on www.arbrental.com click on TAB “Rental”, Select the property you are applying for.
  ● Each applicant must pay a $75 application fee.( any one over 18 will
      need to pay $75 app fee)
  ● Application fee is Non-refundable
  ● Application process time is 48 to 72 hours to get a response.
  ● Once the application is approved it requires a reservation fee of one
      month rent to be paid within 24 hours of approval.
  ● The reservation fee must be paid in the form of a Cashier’s Check or
      Money Order and dropped off at 11815 Northfall Lane Suite 1002
Alpharetta, GA 30009. At this time we will move forward with the lease and set up your move-in date.
  ● Please note if applicants do not go forward with signing the lease
within scheduled time $500 will be non refundable from the reservation fee
