Specialized Home Inspections


We do property inspection once a year. We check for any possible damage to the periphery of the property, roof leaks, water leaks under cabinets, rotted wood, loose door knobs, windows, garage doors, walls, paint, carpets, and floors. We repair small items during inspection and make note of any future repairs needed. This enables us to actively monitor the property and keep it in the best condition possible.

Multi-Channel Marketing


We market your property rigorously via multi-channel marketing platforms. Listing your property on all commercial channels such as our website, LoopNet, FMLS for Tenantial properties, HotPad, Craigslist and others. All of our listings are then available to agents at Coldwell Banker, RE/MAX, and Keller Williams. We also work with many agents to lease your property and pay them a co-op fee. We also provide professional signs, flyers, and advertisements for your property and arrange agents for showings.

Property Evaluations


We inspect your property and make recommendations to increase its rental value. We also conduct a market analysis and compare your property to other similar properties recently leased. We then recommend a rental rate range for your property.
